Ben Sword
Ben has been based out of Edmonton all of his life. First getting a job at earls in 2016, Ben fell in love with cooking. At the start of 2021 Ben started to attend culinary school at NAIT in Edmonton to help perfect his craft. Just shortly after starting school Ben started to strive in all of his classes and decided it was time to start working at some of the finest restaurants in Edmonton. Ben is currently working at the Edmonton convention centre, now working with some of the best chefs out there. Ben has started to tackle new challenges and competitions. Most recently Ben has competed in the young chefs competition in Niagara falls. Along the way Ben has met a lot of chefs to help shape him into the chef he is today and to help him accomplish his future goals.
