Bernadette Ballman

Born and raised in Emerald Park, Saskatchewan on delicious, farm fresh food 

cooked by my inspiring mother and grandmother led me to venture into the world of culinary arts beginning with the kitchen at the Regina Balaton Hungarian Club. During highschool I competed in both solo and team competitions before attending culinary school in Moose Jaw. While attending culinary school I was awarded the Chef's Hat Award and graduated at the top of my class. After graduating, I went on to work at the Italian Star Deli in Regina and am currently apprenticing at Crave Kitchen and Bar in Regina under member of the Senior Culinary Team Canada and president of the Regina branch of the CCF Chef Jonathan Thauberger CCC
