Chloe Sy

My love for cooking began at a very young age, from playing with my mini kitchen sets to baking using an easy bake oven. For as long as I could remember, I always found myself gravitating towards the kitchen and found so much joy in both baking and cooking. I completed the Baking and Pastry Program at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in September of 2020 where I graduated as the top student in my class. Thereafter, I was inspired to further my education and pursue my passion and curiosity for food which led me to complete the Culinary Program in April of 2021. Currently, I am working at the Blue Canoe Waterfront working towards honing my skills.
